The Working Mind and Mental Health First Aid both build mental health knowledge and confidence, but they serve different purposes.
The Working Mind is workplace focused, helping build mental health awareness, reduce stigma, strengthen resilience and create a shared language around mental health at work.
Mental Health First Aid focuses on developing the skills to recognise and respond to someone who may be experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.
The programs can complement each other as part of a broader approach to workplace mental health.
