The Working Mind is an evidence based workplace mental health program designed to help employees better understand mental health and build practical skills that can be used in everyday working life.
This training helps shape a shared language for talking about mental health, challenges stigma and helps participants recognise when they or someone they work with may need support.
Practical, interactive and grounded in real workplace situations, the program gives employees tools they can take back into their workplace and use be used beyond the training room.
Delivered by experienced mental health professionals with real workplace and psychosocial support experience.
