The Working Mind is an evidence based workplace mental health program designed for managers, supervisors and team leaders who have a responsibility for supporting others at work.
The training builds confidence in recognising when an employee may be experiencing changes in their mental health and approaching workplace conversations in a supportive and appropriate way, which leads to creating a supportive workplace culture.
The Working Mind also encourages leaders to consider their own wellbeing and resilience while supporting others.
Delivered by experienced mental health professionals with real workplace and psychosocial support experience.

Pakari delivers Employee and Manager training separately, allowing each group to explore workplace mental health from the perspective of their own role and participate openly in discussion.
